Failure cases reported in the launch thread after Mathias's 18 Jun 14:07 "Measure text" update, through 30 Jun. Sorted by severity (1 = worst / top priority to fix → 5 = minor). Each card links to its Slack message, where the input reference and the agent output are attached.
On the images: all images were downloaded from Slack into the images/ folder (named sev{severity}_{case}_{tester}_{role}_{fileID}) and are embedded below. Click any image to open it full-size; each card also links to the original Slack message and lists the Slack file IDs. Open this file through a local web server so the relative image paths resolve. The few cases that show "single image" are ones where the tester posted only the agent output, with no separate reference.
"Logo placeholder" caveat: a grey "Logo" box in the editor can auto-populate from the feed, so it is only flagged as a failure where the tester explicitly asked for / expected the logo.
